We are very proud to be a successful family-owned real estate and auction company. The founder of the company is James H. Richardson, who began his carreer in 1962 being the principal broker and auctioneer. We have two offices located in Mt. Carmel - Kingsport, Tennessee, and in Rogersville, Tennessee. The Mt. Carmel - Kingsport office is run by the son, Max Richardson. He began in 1975 and has continued to be considered one of the best auctioneers' in our area. The Rogersville office is run by the daughter, Connie Richardson, who followed in her father's and brother's footsteps in 1977. She is the principal broker and an auctioneer as well. Richardson & Richardson Realty & Auction Co. has built a business through honesty, hard work, and with over 80 years of combined real estate experience.
